Let me tell you about not only the worst number, but possibly one of the biggest mistakes someone can make in business...

Hey, It's Daniel. If there is one thing I would tell any business owner to avoid, it's to avoid the number 1. It is the worst possible number in business! One staff member. One Computer. One client. Or... one source of leads. A few years ago I worked at a dating coach company as a coach. And while they did a lot of things very well, the one thing they did horribly wrong, was have one source of leads. While for our clients, we would set up multiple dating app accounts, and also have 2-3 ways for them to get in touch with the girls to have multiple areas for leads to come through. But when it came to marketing, they didn't follow through in the same way. Only sticking with Facebook. And it ultimately is what led to the company's downfall. Because even though we were doing great for our clients: finding wives for them, increasing their confidence, etc. Regardless of how good the service was, when the leads dry up due to unforeseen circumstances. It can kill a business quick! And while I'll spare you from all the details of how one mistake led to a domino effect of struggles and the company's demise. I walked away learning one crucial aspect for business. Never rely on the number 1. In anything. Always have a second, third, even fourth option. The stress of having just one, as compared to managing multiple, isn't worth it. Talk soon, Daniel P.S. If you're heavily dependent upon ONE source of leads and you want my team and I to look at your business to see what other sources we could develop. Get in touch today.
