If you've read at least a few of my blog posts, then you probably know by now that good marketing is simply this: A killer headline that cuts through the clutter Good copy in the body that tells the viewer "What's in it for them" As well as an amazing offer, especially if you add a "Unique Selling Oppurtunity" And a guarantee to put the cherry on top. Those are all great, but the one thing I've done in my career as a marketer, for both my businesses and my clients. I put them in front of their potential customers 24/7/365. Let's pretend for a moment that you're a roofer If someone's roof is just fine, then regardless of what your ad/website says, they aren't going to buy from you. BUT... One day, they are going to have to get it replaced. Maybe something falls on it, maybe it is normal wear and tear from the elements. Inevitably though, they will need your service And if you've been in front of them everyday for the past couple of months, years even. Who do you think their going to call? That's right, you 🫵 This applies to whatever it is you sell Top of mind beats any marketing any day of the week. Be there when they search Google.
